Dosing charts

Pick a target quantity and a frequency and get every draw as a dated row — plus how much is left in the vial after each one, and the date it runs out. Then take it with you.

Build a chart

.ics calendar

A planning record you can open in Apple Calendar, Google Calendar or Outlook. Each dated row becomes an all-day entry with an alert you can remove.

CSV

One row per draw, with a blank column per component so you can keep your own record. Opens in Excel or Sheets.

Print

A dedicated print stylesheet turns the page into a single sheet you can stick on the fridge.

Charts stop when the vial runs out, not when the weeks do — the last row is the last shot the vial can actually cover. Nothing you enter leaves your browser.
